1. Where can we park?
A. Parking is available behind House of Pain.
2. How scary is it?
A. It’s scary! We suggest thrill seekers be at least 13-years-old.
3. Is it really haunted?
A. YES! Crew members have heard growling and footsteps when no one else was around. Paranormal investigators Mystic Encounters and Jay Powell have confirmed ghost activity through psychics and scientific evidence.
4. How long does it take to walk through House of Pain?
A. The average time is 30 minutes. We have expanded and have an entire new floor of scares for you!
5. Why don't you expand and use more than 2 floors? We want to see more!
A. Unfortunately, we have expanded all that we have been allowed to.
6. Will actors or props touch me?
A. We won’t touch you, you don’t touch us.
7. If I have to leave cause I am too scared can I get my money back?
A. All sales are final.
8. Do you take credit cards?
A. We do not take credit cards, cash only, but there is an ATM on site.
9. How many people go together?
A. Generally, groups larger than 4 or 5 will be split up. This is to ensure safety and also, to allow everyone to experience everything that is offered!
10. Is there anything that I can not bring in?
A. Please do not bring in cameras, cell phones, please do not dress up in costume or wear make-up, any weapons, food and beverages.
